The easiest and quickest way to make a change to your insurance policy is to start a Live Chat with our friendly team.

To make sure your policy remains valid and provides you with the suitable protection, it's essential that you let us know of any changes to your circumstances (or the circumstances of others insured on the policy) straightaway.

Important changes include, but are not limited to:

  • Change of insured vehicle or property
  • Change of address
  • Change of occupation
  • Additional drivers
  • Vehicle modification
  • Motoring convictions or accidents
  • If you are now exceeding any applicable mileage limits

There may be a change to your premium as a result of a change. If your premium increases, we may need to take payment. If you allow Autonet to use your card details that we have on file, then we can take payment via Live Chat. If you need to give different card details, we may refer you to call us instead.
